Rodney and I just want to thank you so much for all of your help with our honeymoon vacation. The Aventura Spa Palace was unbelievable. It was better than we imagined and the pictures we had seen before and the ones we have now do not do the place justice. We really enjoyed ourselves and cannot wait to go back again in the future. All I can say is wonderful wonderful wonderful --- we had the best time and everything was handled exceptionally at the resort (staff was great, room was great, food was great and we met a ton of wonderful people). Our wedding was so amazing and romantic I cannot explain it in words. They did a terrific job with photos and the video we had them do was top notch. We are already talking about next years trip - so be prepared for setting us up again. With having the premier wristbands from you I was able to go to the hydrotherapy spa everyday with no charge - I loved it!

Just a GREAT BIG THANK YOU for helping us with our wedding at Aventura Spa Palace. Everything was great, the weather was beautiful and the resort was outstanding. The people and service there is indescribable and booking through Sunseekers was the best decision we made. We loved the extra perks we got through your membership and so did our guests! I was so lucky to find you.

Both my photographer and (our guests) said they will definitely be booking through you again - and so will we! I will be sending pictures as soon as we get them.

I would recommend you guys to anyone. We had such a relaxing time and the resort is out of this world. The service was just awesome and we were lucky to have great weather. I hope we can stay at every Palace resort over the years - we didn't have time to see Playa or Moon.

I just returned from a wonderful trip to the Aventura Spa Palace. I have had tropical vacations at least once a year since 1985 and I can say this was the nicest resort I have been to. The grounds of the hotel are spectacular and the staff is very attentive to the guests, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel.

We stayed in a King Room, on the Spa side, which overlooked the large pool area. the room was very nice, particularly the shower. Each day, we returned to our room to find another artistic towel creation by our maid. This was a very nice little touch.

The food at the 6 restaurants was great. We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and lunch, and always had dinner from a sit-down restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the Steak, Italian and Mexican restaurants.

The nightly entertainment was lively and provided a nice end to a busy day. We even enjoyed the "Anything Goes" show that featured hijinks by the staff, along with some guests.

The whole trip was very relaxing and enjoyable. We met folks from Ireland, England, Canada and all over the US. Everyone felt the hotel was wonderful and had plans to return next year.

I can say this was a great vacation. thanks to Sunseekers we stayed at a beautiful place for a reasonable price. Sharon answered all my questions prior to the trip and made arrangements so we just showed up, were provided drinks, given our room, and off we went. No check-in at the front desk, no credit card provided, nothing! That was great!

Although I was initially a little skeptical of making arrangements through Sunseekers, I am glad I did. I believe our room was significantly less than the other guests, plus we received the VIP treatment. If you need a little R & R in Mexico, the Aventura Spa Palace is just what the doctor ordered.

OH MY GOODNESS... The COZUMEL PALACE was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL !!!!! For as much as we've enjoyed vacationing on our last 2 trips to Cancun & SUN PALACE... we must say, the COZUMEL PALACE provided an even BETTER vacation experience. From the staff & accommodations to the food, drinks, shows and booking tours with Chaza Travel, we were treated like royalty the entire time, but most especially on the evening of our 29th wedding anniversary. Moon Palace Resort

I just wanted to take a minute to write a quick "Thank You!!!!" for directing us to the Moon Palace Resort for our family vacation. We just returned last night from 7 wonderful, fun and sun filled days at the Moon Palace and it was everything you said it would be and more. We did take a tour of the Isla Mujeres Palace Resort and the Beach Palace. Both were nice but really don't compare to the Moon Palace. It was so huge, with plenty of walking which was important to me, wonderful food, drinks and pools.

Laura, our wedding coordinator was wonderful...very nice and friendly. The ceremony site was beautiful, as well as the flowers (loved them!). The cocktail party was awesome! Great food and cake, everyone really enjoyed themselves!

We had 25 people in our party and not one of them had a complaint about Moon Palace. We're all talking about going back in about 2 years! The swim-up bar is the greatest invention of mankind!!!

We did manage to do some tours while we were there. We went to Chichen Itza and climbed the Mayan ruins. We also went to another of the resorts, Xpu-Ha which was really nice. We managed to join the eco-tour and do some snorkeling and kayaking! But the best part was the beach ... unbelievable... white sands, clear blue water... picture perfect.

We also had some friends who went to Cancun Palace and Beach Palace. They said the beach was just superb, and that the food was great. It seems to be the consensus that while all the Palace resorts are good, Moon Palace was definitely the BEST! The pool and the wonderful service just bring it up a notch.

Thanks again for being so great! Hopefully you'll be hearing from us in a year to plan our anniversary trip!

Sad but true we are home...what an incredible vacation! We absolutely loved Xpu ha - everything about it. I almost cried when we were packing to head for home. The staff was great - we stayed in Miro - rm. 2100, lower level. perfect place to connect to the restaurant Bamboo and snorkeling at the beach & pool. Food - awesome! We were so busy during the day the boys crashed by 8:00 p.m. most nights we had to carry them home from dinner sleeping. I know they had lots at night for the kids but ours never made it past 8:00. Grounds are immaculate - well-kept - hardworking staff - man - we are so impressed! I made it over to Spa Adventuras for a treatment and loved it - may look into a lil' getaway without the kids in the future - very nice.

We visited Tulum & chitchenitza - very well done.

We returned from our vacation at the Xpu-Ha Palace Resort. We had a wonderful time! We were very fortunate to have gotten one of the few rooms facing the ocean. Thank you! The food was great and the staff was attentive and accommodating. We took advantage of the tour to Tulum and also went snorkeling to Xel-Ha. We were also very pleased that the hotel's gift shop had much to offer in terms of indigenous crafts, and at reasonable prices.

Just a quick note to let you know our trip to Cancun was wonderful! Hotel, staff, and food were great. The staff was very accomadating and helpful. We had adjoining rooms which were very comfortable. Transfer to and from the hotel went without a hitch. I had some concerns about "spring break" and what our girls might encounter. However, I was pleasantly surprised, no problems what so ever!

Hi Sharon,

We just returned last night from our vacation. I can't begin to say enough about the resort. Starting with the awesome Caribbean. Pictures just don't do justice to the beauty of the place!! The resort staff are unconditionally devoted to please you. We were well taken care of from the time we stepped out of the Chaza van, until we stepped back in at departure. Calls were made to the room many times to make sure everything was okay. Our room was towards the back, on the North side. But it didn't matter. Everywhere you looked the place was beautiful. I think I was most pleasantly surprised with the waiters and waitresses. They obviously took much pride in their job, and it was to serve each person there. They went above and beyond. I could go on and on, and since you have already been there, I'm sure you know what I am talking about. I think we were there maybe less than a day and we decided that we will be going back again next year. The only thing I wish they could do is, make time pass slower or just stand still!!!! Impossible I know!!! Everything was more than we had expected. Thank you so much for working with me to get that vacation planned. If I could change anything I would definitely do away with the iguana's!!!! They are everywhere. I don't like creatures. Thank goodness they weren't on the beach as they were at Xcaret. The weather was gorgeous. Sunny and very hot. Lots of breeze, all the time.

The only problem we had was making our connecting flights. We were late leaving Seattle and had only thirty seven minutes between flights. It was a long way to the E gates. We did make it though because the connecting flight was late leaving. On the return, we were late leaving Cancun. To our surprise we had to go through Customs in Houston. Which meant claiming our luggage, going through Customs and then dropping it off again. In the mean time the gate was changed. So we were under pressure again to make the connection. I think next time I will make sure we have about two hours between connecting flights!!! Less worry that way.

As for the resort, it was absolutely wonderful. The room, the service, the facilities, the activities, everything was great. The massage I received was one of the best I¹ve had and I¹ve had plenty to compare. The restaurants, food etc. were all top notch.

As a matter of fact, I plan to return with my husband (and possibly another couple) either later this year or next year.

The trip was wonderful! Thanks for all of your work. We plan on doing this again in the next couple of years because we had such a good time. I do not think we could have asked for a better honeymoon!

Well, we just got back from one of the best vacations we ever had!

The food was delicious; I mean really delicious. The kids are still talking on and on about the shrimp on the buffet and the Oriental restaurant at the resort.

The rooms were some of the best we have ever had outside the USA. In fact all of the facilities were top notch. The resort employees were extremely friendly and helpful. It was really nice to be pampered.

We took it easy the afternoon we arrived and then went a little crazy. We went horseback riding the 1st day, took the tour of Isla Mujeres with a side excursion to pet the dolphins on the 2nd day. On the 3rd day it was a trip to Chichen Itza; it was hot but we had a great time. Wednesday, we took a much needed rest except for our oldest son. He decided to take a 2-tank scuba diving trip. Of course we did hit downtown Cancun for a little shopping that afternoon and night. Thursday, it was and all day fishing trip. Everyone caught at least one pretty good sized fish, with our oldest son catching a 5 foot sailfish. Friday was to be a day of relaxation as we all had massages, pedicures & manicures, followed by lounging around the pool.

We were so busy that we really didn't have time to take advantage of all the things afforded to us via the resort. Maybe next time it might just be Mom & Dad so we could go at a little slower pace.

But alas all good things must come to an end and we were all sad to be returning home. There were still so many things we wanted to see and do. I guess we will be planning our next trip in about 6 months.
