Aromatic essential oils prepare your skin to receive the long soothing massage, reflexology deep cross fiber techniques and acupressure massage. This massage includes a grounding ritual that will bring a sense of inner peace. Not recommended for sensitive skin.

Aroma Reflexology (50 minutes, $112)
Aromatherapy essential oils are used to improve the therapeutic benefits obtained from a reflexology session. Warm towels are placed on your feet and specific pressure is applied to various points on your feet, hands and head. The benefits will continue hours after this therapeutic session.

Face, Head and Shoulder Acupressure (25 minutes, $56)
A wonderful, truly relaxing and therapeutic finger pressure massage to key energy balancing points on face, head and shoulders. This is an ancient Oriental longevity secret for a youthful and ageless look.

Zen Shiatsu (50 minutes, $112)
This Oriental therapy is based on finger pressure over specific points along the energy pathways or meridians. This helps to improve energy flow and vitality to your organs. Therapy is given on a comfortable floor mat.

Shirodhara (50 minutes, $112)
Ayurvedic Therapy in which a soothing stream of warm Fruit Grape oil is poured over the forehead energy center or chakra with a soothing back, head and foot massage. Shirodhara calms the nervous system, integrating body and mind in a very unique experience.

Samunprai Herbal Massage (80 minutes, $179) Signature Treatment
This traditional therapy from Thailand releases muscular tensions using soft rolling movements with a hot pack or herbal poultice filled with dried herbs such as ginger, lavender, laurel and tamarind leaves providing a warm medicinal heat to sore and tired muscles. The treatments is topped off with a comforting massage with essential oils from the Far East.

Temazcal (80 minutes, $102)
A brief introduction to the ritual is presented prior to the ceremony, which explains that Temazcal is an ancient native purifying and detoxifying ritual, performed in a sweat lodge by a Shaman or native doctor. Consists of four steps where hot lava rocks are placed in the center of the adobe igloo-like structure known as Temazcalli. Medicinal plants like sage and rosemary are used in the ritual. As water is placed on the hot rocks increasing the steam temperature, the Shaman sings and plays native instruments. This incredible jouney ends with a refreshing water bath and a rest period to balance and restore body, mind, and spirit. Tea is served at the end of the session.
