Who will help me decide how to choose my treatments?
The Palace Resorts All Inclusive Spa Vacations Specialists will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best sequence for your treatments.

Do I need to schedule spa treatments in advance at the Aventura Spa Palace Resort?
Yes, spa treatments must be scheduled in advance at the Aventura Spa Palace Resort and all other Palace Resorts Spas. Scheduling in advance will ensure that you receive the treatments and dates and times of your choice. Reservations can be made by phone from your room or at the Spa Reservation Center, located near the main lobby of Aventura Spa Palace.

What if I have special health conditions?
If you have any health conditions, please notify the Aventura Spa Palace Resort Specialist before scheduling your appointments. All spa guests must complete a brief medical questionnaire upon check-in. If necessary you can request a mini check-up with the doctor.

May I request a male or female therapist?
Yes, of course, although the Palace Resorts cannot guarantee the availability of a particular spa therapist. All of the Spa Palace therapists are trained to drape sheets discreetly to respect and protect your privacy at all times.

What do I wear during my treatment?
Please wear something comfortable. The Aventura Spa Palace Resort staff will provide undergarments for you to wear during the body treatments.

What about my jewelry and valuables?
Please leave all valuables in your room’s safety deposit box. The Spa is not responsible for lost or forgotten valuables. If you forgot to take off your watch or ring, please place it inside your bathrobe pocket.

How early do I need to check in for my scheduled appointment?
Early is always better. If your service is scheduled at the Outdoor Palapas at the Spa Palace, you need to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. At the Beauty Salon, we recommend check-in 10 minutes prior to your service. At the Central Spa, you need to check-in 30 minutes at the first level treatment and hydrotherapy reception. This will allow you enough time to check-in, get your locker assignment, change comfortably into your robe, and spend a few minutes relaxing at the Spa lounge before your spa treatment begins. Arrive 60 minutes prior to your first all inclusive spa treatment and enjoy our luxurious hydrotherapy facilities with whirlpools, cold plunge, sauna steam, Swiss shower, and foot whirlpools.

What precautions do I need to know about while on my all inlclusive spa vacations?
We recommend eating and drinking in moderation and avoid alcoholic beverages prior to your spa service, exercise classes, whirlpools, and heat treatments. Do not shave your legs prior to a body scrub treatment. A bad sunburn may prevent you from enjoying a spa treatment - use good sun protection.

What about gratuities?
Gratuities are included with all inclusive vacations at the Aventura Spa Palace Resort. Additional gratuities are optional.

What about payment for spa services?
Aventura Spa Palace is able to charge spa services to your room account or to most major credit cards. When scheduling appointments from other Palace Resorts or buying additional services at the Spa Palace, guests must pay in cash or with an accepted credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made by 5:00 pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment. There is no reimbursement, and rescheduled treatments are based on availability. Rescheduling requires up to 2 hours before your all inclusive spa treatment is scheduled.

What if I’m late for my appointment?
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. You will be asked to sign a service waiver where you agree to take the remaining time of the service. Depending on the length of your service a late arrival may be classified as a No Show.

What if I forget to show up for my appointment?
Please don’t forget!!! No Shows are not reimbursed and may be rescheduled based on availability in the case of illness with a medical waiver only.
