Ocean view Spanish Tapas restaurant, offering a trendy and relaxing gourmet tasting experience from Northern Spain and the Basque region.  Open for lunch and dinner. Open for dinner from 6 pm to 11 pm.

Chef’s Plate: 

International haute cuisine where a new and different dinner menu is carefully selected each day and artfully prepared at the discretion of our executive chef.  Every meal a unique and memorable gourmet-dining event.  Dinner only from 6 pm to 11 pm, available from Royal Junior Suite Ocean View Category (reservations required)

Spice:

All day gourmet ocean view fine dining with sumptuous buffets, show cooking stations and a la carte menu, casual atmosphere.  Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Serves dinner 6 pm to 11 pm.

Pelicanos: 

Delicious a la carte Caribbean fusion seafood in an oceanfront setting, overlooking white powdery beach and turquoise Caribbean.  Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open from 7 am to 11 pm.

Asiana: 

Contemporary Asian fusion cuisine; stylish, romantic setting with cozy seating ensuring an intimate dining experience.  Open for lunch from 12 noon to 5 pm. and dinner from 6 pm to 11 pm.

Marie Marie: 

Specializing in upscale Mexican-French fusion cuisine, providing a truly Mexican hacienda-like dining experience complete with colourful murals painted by Mexican artists evoking memories of Mexico’s rich heritage.  Open for dinner.  Dress Code:  Long pants required at dinner service.  Sandals and T-shirts not allowed.  Open 6 pm to 11 pm daily.

24 HR VIP Lounge: 

Ideal place to relax, enjoy hors d’oeuvres, premium snacks & international brand drinks.  Enjoy a friendly table game or watch your favourite sporting events on large Plasma screen TVs.

24 HR “Royal Room Service” discretely delivered to suite’s “magic box” with signal light to announce arrival.
