What my guests said about all inclusive resorts Riu Palace Riviera Maya:
First of all, I wanted to thank you for putting together a wonderful trip! The Riu Palace Riviera Maya was beautiful. The resort was beautifully maintained, staff accommodating, and beach spacious. I love the area because it is so close to fifth avenue in playa del Carmen. This was the fourth year I had been to this area. It is safe and the shopping and restaurants on fifth avenue are wonderful. The airport shuttle service was great as well. They were easy to find in the airport and got us to and from the airport in a timely manner. I would go back to Mexico and the playa del Carmen area year after year. I was also very pleased with the Riu Palace Riviera Maya and would go back there again as well.
Stay at One - Play at All: As a guest of the Riu Palace Riviera Maya, you may take advantage of Riu's generous exchange privileges and enjoy the facilities, restaurants, bars, shows and entertainment at the four other Riu properties adjacent to the resort. Note: Riu does not allow guests exchange privileges over dinner.
Hotel Spring Break Policy: At least one person of 21 years or over in every room during March and April. No student groups under 21 during March or April.
Riu Palace Riviera Maya is a winner of all inclusive resorts in Playacar. I loved staying at this resort. The food was amazing, the liquor always top shelf, the staff was great - I loved the door man who always remembered me!
The accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are all suites so they all come with a separate sitting area with sofa and TV. Balconies are standard. All rooms have a stocked mini bar and liquor cabinet. Rooms are not adjoining but you can get two rooms with doors interconnecting (small open hallway between).
The beach at Riu Palace Riviera Maya is long and wide and there's plenty of chairs and natural shade under the palm trees. There was always some type of sports activity going on either in the pool or on the beach. These are active resorts. It's just a short walk by the beach or on the street over to any one of the other Riu Resorts where you can hang out and enjoy the day.
Riu offers a number of popular all inclusive resorts in Playacar and Riu Palace Riviera Maya is the best of them!
