Playacar Spa & Golf Club

Take the opportunity to experience a soothing escape at our state-of-the-art Spa facility, or a round of golf on our 18-hole golf course at the Playacar Spa & Golf Club located just a stroll away.  

The spa at the Playacar Spa & Golf Club offers a brand new state-of-the art facility that is the ideal accompaniment to a full day of golf.  The palapa-style spa is as peaceful as it is beautiful, with treatments rooms overlooking the scenic course, relaxing music drifting through treatment rooms and corridors, fresh flowers at every turn and countless treatments designed to soothe body, mind and soul, the spa is a feast for all the senses.   Prior to each treatment, guests indulge in an hour-long visit to the hydrotherapy circuit featuring an herbal steam room, pressure shower, hydro-reflexology pools and a cool lagoon with waterfall overlooking the golf course.  A couple’s massage room, in particular, boasts a spectacular view during treatments such as revitalizing Aroma therapeutic massage.  Spa attendants are on hand to provide service to make your time the most relaxing or invigorating.

Playacar Palace Kids Club

 

Children between ages 4 and 12 will have a blast with the pre-planned activities at the onsite kids club.  Open for both day and night activities the supervised club will keep them happy and content.   Nanny services are available – advance reservations required.

 

Tours

Playacar Palace offers a tour desk where you can arrange these tours as well as many additional tours such as Xcaret, Xel-ha, snorkelling, diving, golf, etc.  Additional tour charges apply.

 Chichen Itza

The capital of the Mayan Civilization located approximately 126 miles or 2.5 hours from Cancun.  This is one of the most important and advanced ceremonial and religious centers in Mesoamerica.  Guided tour or archaeological site lasts 2 hours.  Please bring comfortable walking shoes, mosquito repellent and sun block lotion.  Note:  additional charge for video camera of $4.00 collected at entrance to park.

Wet’n Wild

The only water park in Cancun and Riviera Maya covering 18 acres of land and 800 feet of white sand beach.  Enjoy a full day of water attractions including the Lazy River, Wave Pool and the thrilling Kamikaze ride.

Tulum

The fortified city situated next to the Caribbean Sea overlooking the stunning ocean and white sand beach.  After the ruins tour, continue on to visit the ecological park Xpu-ha where you can enjoy a day of snorkelling or kayaking or have a delicious lunch buffet.   Guided tour of site lasts 2 hours.

• Entrance fee to the archaeological site

Isla Mujeres

Start the day sailing about the party boat to the Palace Resorts  exclusive beach club located on the Island of Isla Mujeres.  Enjoy snorkelling the coral reefs or spend some beach time enjoying the views of the Caribbean.  After snorkelling or beach time, enjoy a delicious lunch buffet served at an open air restaurant at the Isla Mujeres Palace.  After lunch explore the downtown area for shopping. 

Tour includes:

Coba

One of the oldest cities of the Mayan civilization.  Visit the historical site located in the middle of the lush jungle among 5 lagoons and admire the highest pyramid in the Yucatan Peninsula – taller than “The Castle” pyramid of Chichen Itza.   Guided tour of the site lasts two hours.

Zip Line

Holkan Kingdom Park – for adventurous fun, we recommend this tour.  Located at Holkan Kingdom Park across from the Moon Palace.  The zip line adventure consists of 12 zip line platforms, from the shortest to the longest lines, 10 cables, including 2 “Nepalese” bridges and climbing walls.  Fly over the jungle foliage and man-made lagoons, always attached to a safety cable and harnesses, and constantly in the eye of the expert guides that will ensure your personal safety.

• Round trip transportation in air-conditioned bus to Holkan Kingdom Park

• First Class Equipment
