Moon Palace is conveniently located 15 minutes from the Cancun airport and 25 minutes from downtown.

The Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort is made up of four sections  but as guests you have access to all of them and you will move easily from one to the other.  The resort is made up of the Moon Palace Sunrise, Moon Palace Nizuc, Moon Palace Golf, Moon Palace Grand.  Each section has its own pools, its own restaurants and its own bars.   You will be comfortable staying within your own section or may enjoy the freedom to explore the entire resort. 

The Moon Palace Golf & Spa offers shuttle service into Cancun and to its sister resorts there – departing four times daily (subject to change without notice).  The shuttle also takes you into Cancun for shopping at La Isla, Plaza Caracol and Plaza Kukulcan.  Reservations are required.  Check at the Tour Desk in the lobby for the schedule and to make your reservation.

When making your reservation, just advise us that you are honeymooners, and then bring proof of marriage within the last year and each honeymoon couple will receive:

• Fruit basket
• Bottle of sparkling wine
• Romantic candle lit dinner
• Two t-shirts
• Services of the Honeymoon Desk
• Late check-out till 6 pm (upon request and subject to availability)

After check in, honeymoon couples will be directed to the Honeymoon Desk where they will be welcomed and can reserve their candlelight dinner.  All additional amenities will be delivered to the room.

Palace Resorts is proud to give guests the ultimate in sleeping comfort with it’s new state-of-the-art double cushioned pillow top mattress.  Each spring mattress is equipped with specially designed coils that offer better edge-to-edge support.  So no matter where you sleep, you will sleep comfortably.   These beds also feature an extra layer of insulation and padding, giving them a softer feel than most mattresses.  And to top off these luxurious beds are high thread-count sheets and modern decorative duvets, shams, bed scarves and skirts.  PLUS, all king and double beds will include five synthetic and goose down pillows to ensure the most restful sleep.

 

Moon Palace Golf Resort & Spa has the largest, most versatile function space in Cancun.  The resort is equipped to handle everything from a small sales meeting to a major exhibition or trade show.  The dedicated event staff made up of professional meeting and event planners will ensure the success of the function down to the smallest detail.

 

Moon Palace features the Universal Center which is a multi-purpose complex suitable for expos and trade shows, as well as meetings requiring multiple breakouts.  With 55,000 sq. ft.  of space on the ground floor and another 37,000 sq. ft. of space on the second floor plus 15,000 sq. ft. of common area pre-function space on each floor, large loading bays, and it’s very close proximity to the airport, this is the most convenient professional convention venue in Cancun.

The Moon Palace Conference Center features a Grand Ballroom with unobstructed seating for up to 3,000 people, permanent stage with 30 foot ceilings, large multi-faceted pre-function areas, a junior ballroom, 13 breakouts and a high-tech Board of Directors room all on the same floor in the Sunrise Section.

 

Moon Palace Resorts & Spa also offers a well-equipped business center conveniently located adjacent to the lobby.  Computers with internet access, printers, fax and copy machines are available for a nominal fee.
