The Moon Palace Resort & Spa offers world-class spa services in the state-of-the-art spa facilities located in the Golf Club.  Upon arrival at the spa, a thoroughly relaxing hydrotherapy experience is your first stop, followed by a choice of the latest spa services – massages, bath therapies, facials and body scrubs – expertly administered in 30 spacious treatment rooms.  If you would like to enjoy a treatment with your partner, there are 3 couples’ massage rooms with golf course/lake views.  Six master spa suites provide balneotherapy, where healing mineral water cures whatever ails you

Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort’s  Kids Club is a complimentary activity club for children age 4-12 years old.  Children under 4 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.  Hours of operation are from 10 am to 9:30 pm daily.  Lunch and dinner are provided from a kid-friendly menu consisting of favourites such as chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, ham and cheese, turkey and tuna sandwiches, assorted fruits and desserts.  Children must be registered by a parent at 10 am each day and all children wear an identification wrist band.  Activities include fun filled games such as water balloon, whipped cream fights, pool, tennis, pizza, cookie & piñata making classes, sand castle building, mini-golf, art time , beach soccer and much more.  Evening activities include puppet shows, pizza parties, VIP movie nights and popcorn & disco parties.  For tennis lessons, kids must bring sports shoes (no sandals), cap, t-shirt and sun block and be at the kids club by 10:45 am.  For mini-golf, kids will need a cap, t-shirt and sunblock and be at the club by 10:45 am.  Kids clubhouse will remain open during indoor activities and will be closed while outdoor activities are taking place.

The Moon Palace Sunrise section offers a kids pool for children ages 4 through 12 featuring a variety of waters slides and water activities.

 

Miniature golf and playground area is available to all guests.

 

Nanny services are available at a charge and must be reserved at least 6 hours ahead of required time.

 

Moon Palace Resort activities include the use of non-motorized water sports at the on-site marina.  Plus, on the beach nearby independent operators offer a full range of water activities including jet skiing, banana boats, parasailing, windsurfing, sailing and fishing (additional charge).

 

Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort offers a tour desk where you can arrange these tours as well as many additional tours such as Xcaret, Xel-ha, snorkelling, diving, golf, etc.  Additional tour charges apply.

 

Chichen Itza

The capital of the Mayan Civilization located approximately 126 miles or 2.5 hours from Cancun.  This is one of the most important and advanced ceremonial and religious centers in Mesoamerica.  Guided tour or archaeological site lasts 2 hours.  Please bring comfortable walking shoes, mosquito repellent and sun block lotion.  Note:  additional charge for video camera of $4.00 collected at entrance to park.
