Restaurants and Bars at El Dorado Casitas Royale

El Dorado Royale offers Casitas Royale guests a choice of seven a la carte restaurants, each with a different gourmet specialty.  Choose from Pan-Asian, Mexican, Italian, classic international and specially prepared local favorites.  Dinner reservations are not required in any of the a la carte restaurants.  In addition, there are 14 bars where you can grab a quick snack and a refreshing drink including a “healthy bar”, four popular “swing” bars equipped with comfy rope swings under shaded palapas, and ten swim-up bars for your daytime enjoyment.  There is live music every night and a Caribbean show three evenings a week in the open-air theatre.

El Dorado Royale & Casitas Royale Restaurants:

Las Fuentes – the newest restaurant at El Dorado Royale is so unique!  Take 5 open kitchens, plasma TVs showing footage from cameras all over the kitchens, expert chefs with rotating menus of grill items, pasta, seafood, tapas and stir fry…add oversize teak tables , fine china, and a beach view…and you’ve got the most interactive dining experience, all under a 90-foot vaulted palapa roof.  Guests are invited to interact with expert chefs at each open kitchen and learn from recipes on display and cooking techniques for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
