Siempre

• Pacifica’s signature restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Offers gourmet dining, sophisticated service and distinctive favorites made with market-fresh ingredients
• For dinner, Siempre pleases resort guests with entrees featuring Mediterranean-Asian fusion with Mexican accents.
• Open daily from 7 am to 10 pm

Pescados at Siempre

• Sushi and Teppanyaki bar open for lunch and dinner
• Serving a variety of tempting sushi, including the chef’s signature collection of sashimi, maki and nigiri sushi made with the freshest ingredients
• Teppanyaki fare is also available offering savory options to please all palates.
