Personal Butler Service

In one-bedroom ocean view and ocean front suites, guests will have their own personal butler who will pack and unpack their suitcases, arrange for in-suite luxury baths and ensure that the accommodations are in perfect condition.  In addition, the butler will handle all aspects of coordinating services from spa services to special events, from the personalized in-suite check in to confirmation of transportation to their flight home.  No request is too large or too small for the resort’s knowledgeable and resourceful team.  As part of the complimentary personalized service, butlers also assist in planning excursions or day trips.  Suite guests will also enjoy unlimited complimentary phone calls to the USA and Canada.

Visit Sister Resorts

Guests are invited to sister resorts Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos, Pueblo Bonito Rose & the adjacent Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach.  In addition to their beautiful, safe-swimming beaches with an array of water sports offered right on the beach, both Pueblo Bonito Rose and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos resorts are within walking distance to downtown Cabo San Lucas and Pueblo Bonita Pacifica guests enjoy included food and beverages at these two sister resorts.  There is complimentary shuttle service between all Pacifica resorts until 11:30 pm.

Important Beach Information

The resort is located oceanfront on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas.  Swimming off the beach at the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is not allowed due to extremely swift sea currents and powerful waves.  This is strictly enforced for the safety of guests.  The beach does, however, offer a spectacular opportunity for beach-walking and breathtaking scenic vistas.  Water sports of all kinds are available at nearby safe-swimming beaches including the sister properties in Cabo San Lucas.  The resort’s pools provided an ideal spot for sunbathing and swimming.
