The all-inclusive adults-only Royal in Cancun is the newest addition to the Real Resorts family of hotels and is conveniently located in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. The Royal in Cancun is an adults only, all-suite, all inclusive resort and combines luxury facilities with exceptional amenities where guests can truly enjoy the beautiful turquoise blue waters and the white sand beaches of Cancun. With all 288 suites ocean view and most actually oceanfront, all guests are guaranteed a magnificent view of the Caribbean sea.
Weddings at The Royal in Cancun
THE ROYAL in Cancun offers a number of special wedding packages ranging in price from free to $8200.00. Services range from a Civil Ceremony (legal wedding), Symbolic Ceremony (vow renewal), Religious Ceremony, Catholic Ceremony and Mayan Ceremony. Weddings are performed in ocean front gazebos as well as on the beach.
Free Wedding Package:
When the bride and groom stay 5 nights or longer in a Master or Presidential suite or 20 ocean view guests suites with a minimum of 5 nights at a participating Real Resort, the wedding package is complimentary.
Free Wedding Package Includes:
- Professional services of an onsite Wedding Specialist
- Special decoration of the couple’s suite with rose petals
- Marriage ceremony performed by a Non-denominational Christian Minister or Justice of the Peace
- Witnesses (if required)
- Decorated oceanfront wedding gazebo or beachfront location
- Sound system for the ceremony (bring your favourite music on CD, iPod or MP3)
- Champagne toast after the ceremony
- Real Resorts Signature Royal wedding cake for two

The Mayan Ceremony:
The Mayan Ceremony is spiritual, interactive and in harmony with nature, the universe and the four basic elements (Fire, Earth, Water and Air). The Shaman will bless the union, setting an altar for the Mayan gods with flowers, fruit, seeds and fire. The ceremony takes place on the beach.

Definition of Ceremony types:
Civil Ceremony: a ceremony performed by an official judge from Mexico which is legal worldwide
Symbolic or Religious Ceremony: ceremony performed by a non-denominational Christian Minister, that is not a legally recognized ceremony. Couples choose this ceremony if they have been married in their home country.
Mayan Ceremony: a spiritual pre-Hispanic wedding ritual that is practiced by the Mayan culture and dates back thousands of years. This local and colourful marriage celebration is not a legally recognized ceremony.
The wedding couple is required to be in the hotel two business days prior to the wedding – excluding Sundays.
Honeymoon packages:
ROYAL Moonlight Relaxation Package - $250.00 per couple: Romantic couples massage on the beach
After a romantic bath for two in your suite, the newlyweds will be escorted to the beach where with the stars above and the sand beneath their feet, they will enjoy a romantic massage for two. A bottle of champagne and fresh strawberries plus a moon bath concludes the evening. A perfect evening to relax with the one you love.
ROYAL Moonlight Romance Package - $250.00 per couple: Star light beach dinner for two
Enjoy a gourmet meal especially prepared for you and served on the beach under the stars. The Royal Romantic Dinner includes: A candle lit path to your private, intimate table for two on the beach; your own private chef and waiter; a Chef’s Choice sumptuous dinner prepared just for the two of you, a glass of fine domestic champagne to toast your special night, a bottle of wine of your preference with dinner.
