Yes, I would be glad to give you feedback.

Over all: a wonderful trip, all details of travel and accommodations were just as we had expected.

Flights: Continental is fine. They charged for 2nd bag but not 1st.

Pickup: Clear directions and signage. A large, well organized company that does it's job effeciently and cheerfully. Everyone spoke English well. Wait time was minimal and we only stopped at 2 other resorts before ours. They had us speak to one of their agents the ofllwoing day in order to get our return voucher and in that meeting tried to get us to book tours with their company but they did not do a real hard sell. They were there on time for pickup for the return and gave us a feedback form to fill out which included an envelope to tip the driver. That was a little unnecessary I thought.Vans were top condition. Well air conditioned. People all in uniform.

Hotel first impressions/checkin: Great property, well maintained common areas. 3-4 star I would say. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was ready and very clean but was on 3rd floor, over looking the pool (loud) so we asked to be moved. They did that the following morning without question. Our new room was on the 8th floor with a full ocean view. Beds were hard, like in all Mexican resorts. Bathroom a little 'tired' but everything worked. Nice towels and lots of them. Huge tub. Amenities replenished each day. In-room bar was great - water, pop, beer, 4 types of liquor.

Hotel food:  Excellent. A lot to choose from for each meal. 2 places to eat all the time and 3 alternate places for dinner. Easy to get reservations. No need to line up at 7 am. They took reservations all the way from 7 am - 11 am so we went later and always got a booking. Steak restaurant was best. Thai wasn't that good. Mexican was okay. We enjoyed the buffet as much as the reservation places. Never felt sick from any thing and we tried it all.

Hotel extras:  Pools were clean and plenty of chairs even with 100% capacity. Beach was great, lots of chairs, some decent snorkeling, minimal waves so good if you wanted to 'bob' all day long or for little kids to play on the shore. Many stairs every where so for people with bad knees, it wouldn't be easy. Spa was very good for massages but not the best pedicure person. 60 minute massage was $55. Don't pay the $75 they advertise. Ask for a deal and they will give it to you. On my birthday, we found the room festooned with balloons and confetti and towels made into cakes and a note saying happy birthday. Evening 'shows' were nothing to write home about but good for a laugh. Bar drinks were any thing but full strength but easy to get and tasty. Free WiFi in the lobby worked fine so we didn't pay for the in-room option.

Whew. there you go. We had a great time and would go back to Riu Caribe again. And, we would use you again to do the booking. Every thing went perfectly. Thank you for your service.
