Pool Concierge – Le Blanc Spa has introduced a new Pool Concierge service designed to assist guests in the pool area with magazines, ice buckets with bottled water, and wet towelettes arranged by our lounge chair. 

Butler Service – Le Blanc Spa offers full-service Butler on every floor from 7 am to 11 pm.   Their main priority is to offer the finest in personalized attention and service to each guests in order to meet and exceed every expectation.  The butler acts as the intermediate between the resort and its guests in order to ensure that every last detail is taken care of.  The responsibilities of the butler include:

• Packing and unpacking luggage (at the request of guest)
• Ironing (2 items per stay)
• Delivery of dry cleaning items
• Delivery of specialized pillow from Le Blanc’s Comfort Menu
