Golden Parnassus Legal Wedding Requirements:

  • Birth certificate translated into Spanish with Apostille (a document issued by the Secretary of State Office in your country)
  • Death Certificate of spouse (if applicable) translated into Spanish with Apostille
  • Divorce papers (if applicable) translated into Spanish with Apostille (additional fee applies)
  • Tourist Card
  • Valid Passport
  • Blood Test with the following information:  Blood type, venereal diseases such as syphilis and AIDS and health certificate.  This test is done by the hotel doctor within 3 days of the wedding date.   (additional fee applies)
  • Application form completed upon arrival at resort
  • Two witnesses over the age of 18 years with passports and tourist cards presented 3 days before ceremony
  • Couple must arrive at least 3 days prior to wedding date in order for all documents to be filed with judge
  • Judge is available Monday to Friday to perform ceremonies
  • Two copies of all of the above documents plus originals
  • Weddings take place in ocean facing gazebo
