About Cancun Palace Resort

Cancun Palace features 601 beautifully appointed guestrooms with either ocean view or lagoon view and all with double Jacuzzis and private balconies.  From Presidential Suites to family rooms, there is a perfect room choice available for everyone!

Cancun Palace is located beach front on the hotel zone right in Cancun about 25 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown.

New Palace Beds! 

Palace Resorts is proud to give guests the ultimate in sleeping comfort with its new state-of-the-art double cushioned pillow top mattress.  Each spring mattress is equipped with specially designed coils that offer better edge-to-edge support.  So no matter where you sleep, you will sleep comfortably.   These beds also feature an extra layer of insulation and padding, giving them a softer feel than most mattresses.  And to top off these luxurious beds are high thread-count sheets and modern decorative duvets, shams, bed scarves and skirts.  PLUS, all king and double beds will include five synthetic and goose down pillows to ensure the most restful sleep.

Stay at One, Play at All Palace Resorts!

As a Palace Resorts guest, you can visit all of the other Palace Resorts hotels and enjoy the facilities and services including all restaurants, bars, activities and entertainment. 

Transportation provided daily from Cancun Palace to Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort and Wet’n Wild. Departures are at 11 am and 1 pm with returns departing the Moon Palace Lobby (Nizuc/Sunrise) at 5 pm and 7 pm.  Maximum of 45 passengers each and seats are assigned on a first-come first-served basis.  Subject to change without notice.
